Handy Girl Australia – Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a course provided by Handy Girl Australia you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions (Terms).  A reference in these Terms and conditions to we, us or our is a reference to Handy Girl Australia.

Cancellation and Transfer
You must provide us with notice of cancellation at least 5 days’ prior to commencement of your enrolled course.  No refunds will be given if you provide us with less than 5 days’ notice of cancellation.  If you wish to transfer to another course, you must request the transfer at least 5 days prior to commencement of your enrolled course.

I agree that any and all photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses of me captured or taken during a course will become the sole property of Handy Girl Australia. I grant the right, permission and authority to Handy Girl Australia to use my name and any such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses for any legal purpose, including but not limited to promoting, advertising, and marketing activities. I further acknowledge and agree that Handy Girl Australia, as sole owner, has the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of such photographs, motion pictures, recordings, and/or likenesses.

We ask for the contact details of a person we may need to contact in an emergency. You must ensure that the person you nominate as an emergency contact knows about this arrangement and have given permission for you to provide their personal details to us.

By enrolling in a course with us you agree that we may collect personal information (including sensitive information) about you for the purposes of enrolling you in your course, processing your application, managing your participation in your course, improving our products and services, and communicating with you about our products and services (including your course).

We are required, under state Workplace Health and Safety Acts to provide a safe and healthy training environment. You must accept responsibility for your own personal safety and ensure you do not do anything that would put yourself, other participants or the course trainer at risk of harm.  In the event of an incident that requires medical attention, an ambulance will be called. Ambulance and medical expenses related to the incident will be your responsibility.
